1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the FastReadi application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Service Description

FastReadi is a speed reading training application that uses Rapid Serial Visual Presentation (RSVP) technology and AI-generated content to help users improve their reading speed and comprehension.

The App provides:

• Speed reading exercises with adjustable WPM (words per minute) settings from 100-800 WPM
• AI-generated reading content across 12,000+ topics in various categories
• Progress tracking including reading streaks and session history
• Personalized reading recommendations based on your interests
• Daily reading reminders and goal setting features

The service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about specific reading speed improvements. Results may vary based on individual usage and practice habits.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

FastReadi offers subscription plans with the following terms:

• Monthly Subscription ($5.99/month): Full access to all features, unlimited AI-generated content, and premium topics
• Annual Subscription ($47.88/year): Same benefits as monthly at a discounted rate of $3.99/month

Billing Terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
• Price changes will be notified in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without authorization
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Circumvent any content-filtering techniques or access restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of FastReadi, including but not limited to:

• The FastReadi name, logo, and branding
• App design, interface, and user experience
• RSVP technology and reading algorithms
• Source code and software

are owned by FastReadi and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

AI-generated reading content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content
• Warranties about specific reading speed improvements

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FASTREADI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages arising from your use of the App

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the App or service

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts located within the United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
